When fabricating photo-etched PCB's one part that can take a considerable time is etching (5-20 minutes). During this time it is helpful to agitate the etchant around the PCB - either by tilting the container or bubbling air through the etchant. This agatator uses a servo, a simple wooden box and a microcontroller to automate the tilting motion. |
